If you request an IT consultation, we ask for your name, company name, email address, the service you are interested in, and a message about your IT needs. A phone number is optional. We may also receive information you choose to include when emailing us directly.

WordPress.com, Jetpack, and anti-spam services may process technical information related to site visits and form submissions, such as IP addresses, browser information, and cookie data, to provide, secure, and measure website services.

How we use information

We use submitted contact information and messages to assess and respond to service inquiries, communicate about a possible engagement, and, where applicable, manage subsequent business communications. Website-related technical information may be used by our hosting and security services to operate and protect the site.

Please do not submit passwords, access codes, private keys, confidential customer records, or sensitive system configurations through the consultation form.

Who we share your data with

Consultation form responses are configured to be stored in the WordPress.com / Jetpack Forms dashboard and to generate email notifications to info@lumoras.net. This mailbox is hosted with Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online, so Microsoft and its service providers may process the associated email content and delivery metadata. Authorized Lumoras personnel may access submitted information to handle inquiries. Akismet is active on the website to help filter spam.

How long we retain your data

For service inquiries that do not result in a client engagement, Lumoras will retain inquiry details for no longer than 12 months after the last substantive communication, unless the inquiry remains active or a longer period is justified by a legal obligation, dispute, or documented security reason. Records associated with a subsequent client engagement may follow different applicable business, contractual, and legal retention requirements.

What rights you have over your data

Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by Lumoras. Send requests to info@lumoras.net. We may need to verify a request and may retain certain records where permitted or required for legitimate business, legal, or security purposes.

Information entered into the consultation form is processed through WordPress.com / Jetpack Forms and associated anti-spam services. Form notifications are configured to be sent to Lumoras through Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online. These services and their providers may process information in accordance with their respective privacy notices and service agreements.
